1. Who is the controller

2. What data we process, why, and on what legal basis

You browse the website technical data, cookies see the Cookie policy strictly necessary: legitimate interest / all others: consent see the Cookie policy

Card payments are processed by the payment provider; Belavion does not see or store your card number.

We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you.

3. Who we share your data with

Only with those we need in order to sell and deliver, and always under a data processing agreement:

  • Shopify (the store platform). More information at privacy.shopify.com.
  • Payment providers: Shopify Payments (card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and the other methods you see at checkout.
  • Releasit (cash-on-delivery order form).
  • Ryviu (customer reviews).
  • Logistics providers and carriers, which receive your name, address and phone number in order to prepare and deliver the order.
  • Measurement and advertising tools, only if you accept them in the cookie banner: Google Analytics (Google) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram, also through the Enhencer app).
  • Authorities, when required by law.
  • A potential buyer or successor of the business, in the event of a sale or merger, with the same safeguards.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

Belavion is a Brazilian company: your data is processed in Brazil and, through the providers listed above, may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where the destination country does not have an adequacy decision from the European Commission, the transfer is based on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission or, for providers that have joined it, on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and you can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything done before the withdrawal. Write to us at support@belavion.com with the subject line "Data protection". We reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es); in Portugal, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt); in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it); or the data protection authority of your EU country of residence.

US residents: you can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your data for advertising purposes in Your privacy choices (link in the footer).

6. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encrypted connection, access restricted to those who need it to handle your order). No system is infallible: if a breach affecting you were to occur, we will notify you and report it to the authority when the law requires it.

7. Minors

The store is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish it here with the new date. If the change affects something you agreed to, we will ask you again.
