Refund policy

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

At Belavion, we want to make sure you are satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a clear and fair exchanges and returns policy, in accordance with European Union consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU and, in Spain, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, LGDCU); EU customers also have the equivalent rights under the consumer law of their country of residence.

1. Time limit for requests

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without giving any reason and without penalty. If the order includes several products delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last one.

2. Conditions for returns

You may examine the product as you would in a physical store. We ask that, as far as possible, you return it:

  • In good condition and with no signs of use beyond that examination
  • In its original packaging, if you still have it
  • With all accessories and tags

If the product is returned having been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct the corresponding diminished value from the refund.

3. Non-eligible products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to (Art. 103 LGDCU):

  • Sealed hygiene or health products (cosmetics, personal care, etc.) that have been unsealed after delivery
  • Personalized or made-to-measure products

Products on offer or on clearance can be returned within the time limit.

4. Defective, incorrect or damaged product

In addition to the right of withdrawal, all products have a 3-year legal guarantee from delivery (Arts. 114 et seq. LGDCU; EU customers also have the equivalent rights under the consumer law of their country of residence). If the product is:

  • Defective
  • Incorrect (not the one you ordered)
  • Damaged during shipping

we will repair, replace or refund it, at no additional cost to you.

5. Return process

To start a request, you must:

  1. Send an email to support@belavion.com
  2. State your order number
  3. State that you wish to withdraw from the purchase (you do not need to explain why) or, if the product is defective, describe the problem
  4. Attach photos or videos (only in the case of a defect, error or damage)

You may use the withdrawal form at the end of this page, but it is not mandatory.

Our team will reply within 3 business days at most with instructions and the return address. You must send the product within 14 calendar days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

6. Return shipping

  • In cases of defect, error or damage: Belavion will cover the shipping costs.
  • In the case of withdrawal: you will bear the direct cost of returning the product.

Before sending the product, write to us so that we can give you the correct return address.

7. Refunds

  • We refund the price of the product and the standard shipping costs you paid.
  • The refund is made within 14 calendar days at most from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold it until we receive the product or until you send us proof that you have shipped it.
  • It will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. For cash-on-delivery orders, by bank transfer to the account you give us.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the time it takes for the funds to appear may vary.

8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product:

  • First, request the return of the original item
  • Then you can place a new order

This makes the process faster.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once the order has shipped, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by following the return process.

10. Damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos or videos. This helps us resolve it with the carrier faster and does not limit your 3-year legal guarantee.
