Where we ship

Spain, Portugal and Italy; in Eastern Europe, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia; and the United States. These are the countries shown when you choose the delivery country at checkout.

Cost and delivery time

Standard shipping is free. The exact price of any other option is shown in the order, before you pay.

Orders ship from our logistics providers' warehouses. Delivery time depends on the delivery country and the product. When your order ships, we email you the tracking number.

Payment methods by destination

  • Cash on delivery: available for selected products, depending on the delivery country. Each product page says whether it is available to you. We may call you to confirm the order before shipping it.
  • Card and digital wallets (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay): for all destinations.
  • United States: card payment only, when you place the order.

Customs

  • Within the EU: no customs; the price already includes VAT.
  • United States: the shipment may be subject to import duties or taxes. If they can be calculated at checkout, you will see them before you confirm the order.

If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged

Write to us at support@belavion.com. Until you receive the order, the risk is ours: if it is lost or arrives broken, we will send it again or refund your money.
