1. Who the seller is

2. How to buy

1. You choose products and add them to the cart.
2. In the order you see the final price including taxes, the shipping cost and the payment method before you confirm.
3. The contract is concluded when you confirm the order and we send you the confirmation email, which serves as your receipt.
4. Cash on delivery: we may call you to confirm the order before shipping it.

The language of the contract is that of the store version you use (Spanish by default).

3. Prices and payment

In euros (in US dollars for the United States), taxes included. Prices may change, but you always pay the price shown when you confirm the order.

Payment methods: card and digital wallets (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and the others you see at checkout) for all destinations; cash on delivery only for the products and countries indicated on each product page. In the United States, card payment only. Belavion does not see or store your card details.

4. Products and orders

We describe our products with the greatest care; colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. If a product sells out or there is an obvious error in the price or description, we will let you know and you can choose to wait, exchange it or receive a full refund.

We may refuse or cancel an order with false or incomplete details, or with signs of fraud; if you had already paid for it, we refund the full amount.

6. Withdrawal, returns and guarantee

14 days to withdraw and a 3-year legal guarantee. See the Returns policy.

7. Customer service and complaints

support@belavion.com. We reply on business days, as soon as possible. Address in Spain: Calle del Puerto de Algeciras, 28821 Coslada (Madrid).

8. Use of the website and intellectual property

The texts, our own photos, the design and the Belavion brand belong to their owner; third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy the content for commercial purposes, attempt to access the website without authorization, or use it for illegal activities.

The website may link to third-party sites (for example, carriers or payment providers), which have their own terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update them; each order is governed by the terms in force at the time it is placed.

10. Applicable law

The law of the consumer's country of residence applies where it gives greater protection, and the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
